Started in 2022, the Berkshire Half Marathon filled the Ashuwilticook Trail racing void left by the Steel Rail races when they moved back to their traditional Spring time slot. The concept is the same as the Steel Rail - half a marathon, starting at Crane Ave. in Pittsfield and going out toward Adams and back, finishing at the same spot.
