The Notchview Ultras

About This Event...

The Notchview Ultra (formerly branded the BURCS Summer Fatass) is a fatass-styled long-distance running event held on a short cross-country ski trail at Notchview Ski Resort in Windsor, Massachusetts. The races are effectively run all weekend by tallying laps. The most recent course was a 1.9 mile loop, meaning most competitors did dozens of laps over the course of the weekend. The event started as a 6-hour race in 2015, and has grown consistently over the years into a 3-day event. The 2023 edition was held from 7/8/23 through 7/11/23 and included six different race distances up to 72 hours or 100.7 miles.
